I'm not blacklisted! I called Pottery Barn Kids back this morning to find out the story behind the message left on my machine last night.
Apparently, corporate office notified the store after reading the blog and asked them to contact me because I stated that I had "received inconsistent service". ???
To cut out all the middle talk, I still love Pottery Barn Kids and they are sending me a coupon to use on my next visit.
