We didn't even bother to go back home and get the costumes for the kids, we just went as-is. We had a nice time although Addie was a bit unnerved by it all and Chris is suffering from a knee injury that has gone from annoying to just plain miserable (that doctors appointment has been put off way too long). I carried Addie for most of the night which made her feel much better and Chris walked ever so slowly behind. Julien and I just took it all in stride and enjoyed the atmosphere. There was no pressure to entertain anyone; we just had a good time.
