Monkey is doing an amazing job with the walker. The Bell Center loaned the walker to us instead of us having to buy one right now.
Monkey really wants to just take off and I think her determination will get her walking independently before I know it!
I talked with her PT today and I asked her for an educated guess on the length of time I should expect Monkey to use the walker. Probably one year, hopefully only six to eight months.
I don't fret over her not being able to walk, because I know that she will...eventually.
Monkey is very proud of herself. Using the walker gives her a new visual perspective. She just tires so quickly and needs a break.
I can't wait to see the progress...
