A bat?

Well, well, well...I found out today that I have had a bat living in my house for the last nine-years. Luckily, this one isn't a carrier of rabies.
Julien had his first routine eye exam today and two hours and tons of money later, we now know that he is really farsighted and will have to wear glasses.
I was so worried that he was going to be upset, but he couldn't have cared less! We spent a good deal of time picking out just the right pair of glasses and Julien seems really comfortable in them. If he's good, I'm good...I guess all that intensive reading just wore out his eyes! :)
