"It" got my Baby Girl.
It all started when I walked in to pick Addie up from school Friday afternoon.
As soon as I walked into the room, Addie walked straight over to me, but wasn't smiling.
She held up her arms for me to pick her up and as I was picking her up, I asked her if she had a good day.
She sure was acting like something was wrong.
She gave me a great big hug and then proceeded to vomit all the way down my back and all over the floor.
I do believe that was the first time that I have ever had vomit all over my back and I can only hope it is the last time.
To make things even more pleasant, it was one of those rare days when Chris and I did not commute together.
He was at home taking care of some very important business, so I had to maneuver through rush hour traffic with The Vominator in the backseat by herself.
There was nothing else I could do.
I had to get home and I knew there was no waiting it out.
It would only get worse.
So, needless to say, we spent late into the night helping the poor little Monkey.
It was just awful.
We managed to miss out on five events that we were supposed to attend on Saturday, but poor Monkey didn't have a fighting chance against "It".
Once again, I don't know what "It" is or even how to keep "It" out of my house, but if "It" strikes again, could it at least be on a rainy weekend when we wouldn't mind staying inside?
It's the least "It" could do!
