Word Confusion

Addie is so proud of herself and the advancement she is making with her verbal skills.

We still find ourselves a little confused from time to time on what Addie is trying to tell us.

The most recent mix up is in the use of 

Applesauce 

vs.

Santa Clause

and

Booty

vs.

Buoy

vs.

Rudy

We have to sometimes put some serious thought into the context of the word and although it can be trying, it is also a bit comical.

I am so proud of Addie for being able to say Santa Clause this year, but "Santa Clause" sounds just like "applesauce", which isn't nearly as interesting as trying to figure out if Addie is talking about a "booty", a "buoy" or her favorite cat "Rudy".
