It was April Fools Day and apparently Julien thought he was smarter than my Mother.
A friend at school had given Julien "sticker earrings" and the rotten child thought he would try to prank my Mother.
My Mother was real quick to tell Julien that there was no way on this earth that, "Your Mother would let you get your ears pierced.".
I have to give him credit for trying.
