Have I ever mentioned that I am married to the most wonderful man in the world? I have always known that, but going through this last year with him makes me thankful for the man that he is. I'm not sure how many other Dad's would have been able to handle the situation with Addie the way he has. His level of patience is unbelievable and his temperament is outstanding! Not only has he been supportive of any decision that I have made, he has also stepped up to handle the day-to-day aspects of life. After Addie was born, we hired someone to clean for us since we knew that between work, therapy, appointments and activities for Julien there was just no time left in the day (I know a lot of husbands who refuse to hire someone to clean). We also put our house on the market, which means it is kept spotless - thanks to Chris! Not only that, but he ensures that Julien gets to the bus on time, to every practice and game and helps him practice for the games. I just don't know how I could do it all without him. It has been a very hard year, but Chris has been by my side each step of the way. I appreciate all he does and feel very lucky and blessed to have him as my husband. I know I don't say it enough.
