I could list all of the reasons, but they really don't matter. What matters is we were all in agreement. We decided to buy our pumpkins from one of the local church's this year.
After Monkey woke from her nap, we grabbed Julien from a friends' house (sweaty hair and all...) and headed out.
It was so great! We got to take our time, sit around and enjoy just hanging out on this beautiful fall afternoon. No crowds, no lines, just peace.
Monkey couldn't believe her eyes when we got out of the car! She became very attached to the pumpkins, very quickly and I felt bad for any poor soul that tried to take her from her pumpkins! I indeed would be referencing her brother...bad, bad mistake. Julien quickly realized his mistake and corrected the situation by placing Monkey back into position near "her" pumpkins.
